10% GIVING CHALLENGE

The Bible talks about a “tithe”, the first 10%. If you need to take the next step of tithing, we provide an easy way to get started – the 90 Day 10% Giving Challenge. Here's how it works...

1) Commit to giving a full 10% for the next 90 days (Give 10%, Live on 90%). This might mean living on less so you can give more. Fill out the information at the bottom of the page to let us know that you're taking the challenge. Then bring your 10% Giving in a way that it can be tracked in our database for the 90 day period. (1) You can automate your giving by going to our donate page at thejourneycc.com, or (2) by using the auto deduction form (on the back), or (3) Enclose a check or cash in a giving envelope with your name on it.

2) You must not have been giving 10% over the last six months to participate as a new 10% Giver.

3) At the end of the 90 days, if you haven’t sensed God’s blessing & provision, email or call us and we will refund your 90 days of giving. Yes, we're serious! No questions asked. We won't question or harass you or try to talk you out of it. Why can we so confidently make this promise? Because we believe in God?s promise: “Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.” Malachi 3:10. God challenges us to put Him to the test on this one. Try it and see what God does!

4) I understand that any request for refund must be received by The Journey's office within 30 days of the end of the 90 Day 10% Giving Challenge Period according to the agreed upon date on this page and the refund does not apply to 10% Giving/Tithes before this date.

My part: By God's grace, I will contribute 10% of my income to The Journey Church & live on 90% or less for the next 90 days.
God's part: To bless me according to Malachi 3:10.
The Journey's part: If at the end of the 90 days I feel that 10% Giving has been a mistake, has not resulted in a spiritual blessing of God, or has created a financial hardship, I may request a refund from The Journey Church for all that has been contributed in a recordable method during that period of time.
