BUILDING USE FORM

If you are requesting to rent the facilities at our church, please understand the guidelilnes.

RESERVATIONS require staff approval only after the completion of this form with a 10% deposit.

PAYMENT must be made in full two weeks before the event. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted by a staff members approval.

GUIDELINES
1) Not all days or areas are always available.
2) Any Saturday activities need to be completed by 5 pm.
3) We have very limited tables. 
4) Guidelines for usage will be provided.
5) Big events will require a Journey representative with hourly fees. You might also be required to provide specific staffing at our request.
6) Weddings require different fees and will be discussed with performing pastor.

Note that the cost is listed with each area and each site is listed separately. The range of the cost is for additional set-up or if sound/video equipment is requested.
